Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed after receiving your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- If you wish to apply this "14 Day Policy" and get an exchange or refund of your order, you have 14 days to ship your package and send the tracking number to our customer service department by email or via our Facebook page proving that the package you returned is on its way to the correct destination.
- We specify that it is simply "14 days" for you to ship your package, once you have obtained the tracking number and sent it to our customer service, we will proceed with the exchange or refund (you don't have to wait for the package to arrive at its destination).
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
We have made the choice that all customer returns must be sent to a charity "Planet Aid" with whom we now collaborate.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
